a. Yubin Yang matched up against Kevin Blank of Ferris State, February 16th, 2008. Kevin Blank won this second-singles
match 11-5, 11-2, 11-9.
b. On October 20th, 2007, James Roeder and Adam Wright found the facing off with Akron's brothers, Harsh and Sid Khandelwal.
Though Akron prevailed in three straight matches, our team looked promising in Ashland's first ever doubles match in NCTTA
history. James and Adam lost 6-11, 9-11, 12-14.

c. Dan Tuleta was playing fourth-singles for the Ashland Table Tennis Team when they had the opportunity
to play against Kentucky on February 16th, 2008. Despite Dan's improved play throughout the year, Wentao Zhou won the match
11-7, 13-11, 11-7.
d. On February 16th, 2008, James Roeder played against Nick Greenman of Ferris State. This was a matchup
of two first-singles players from schools that had both just recently joined the NCTTA. This was a long, back-and-forth
match that ended up falling in Roeder's favor. The final scores were 11-7, 5-11, 11-9, 4-11, 11-7.

e. After each losing in three straight games to their Kentucky-counterparts in singles, Mike Belsito and
James Roeder matched up against Chris Gillis and Wentao Zhou in doubles. It was a relatively tight match, but Kentucky
won 11-8, 8-11, 11-9, 11-6. After losing to Kentucky, Ashland was sitting at 0-5 on February 16th, 2008.
f. Mike Belsito, playing third singles for Ashland, had to play against Kentucky's Chris Gillis on February
16th, 2008. Both of them happened to be participating in their first-ever NCTTA event. Mike ended up losing the match,
5-11, 4-11, 9-11.
